The story of Universal Alchemy is one that never ends. It is the story of how we transform our world by transforming ourselves. It is the story of how we achieve any goal being our best selves in service to the highest good.

All Universal Alchemy workshops share the theme of personal responsibility for individual and collective well-being. Inspired by my work with teens, parents, and educators, and my own healing journey, Universal Alchemy integrates diverse mindfulness perspectives and practices that can be immediately put to use to create, enhance, and achieve any goal or dream. FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE ALCHEMIST, LAURA MARCOS

Laura Marcos is a leading voice in Radiant Well-Being, Emotional Intelligence and Thought Leadership. With 17 years corporate and education experience, she is a Counselor, Educator, Motivational Speaker & Workshop Creator. From facilitating after-school programs to leading senior level courses and retreats, Laura is the author of a 5-credit Freshman Seminar course. As the Founder of the Universal Alchemy empowerment model, Laura’s passion lights ablaze inspiring students, parents, and educators to discover their own “Inner Alchemy.” Integrating a wide variety of personal and professional experiences, Laura truly offers her audiences unique and uplifting perspectives and practices. She holds a Masters in School Counseling, a BA in English Education, a Substance Abuse Certification from Montclair State University and an Herbal Wilderness First Aid Survival Certification.
